Part 4: JLR SDD diagnostic tools common FAQs:
Q1: The SDD software failed to open normally.
A1: Follow the steps as below to solve:
Step 1: Make sure your computer is connected to Internet
Step 2: Set the current date on PC
Step 3: Install SDD patch
Find the account and password in the patch sdd.txt
Enter them to SDD software to activate
Q2: The SDD software stopped in this process, couldn’t be installed.
A2: There’s something wrong with SDD software package, just replace it to install again.
