PCMtuner ECU Programmer has two dongles: Red and Green. What is their difference?

How to Solve Green Dongle of Old Version Overheating Issue?
Remove an encrypted chip. (new green dongle already removed)
Good to know:
- Overheating won’t cause dongle not working
- Whether the encrypted chip is removed, green dongle works normally, because the chip doesn’t participate in communication of main chip
- New dongles (Red&Green) don’t install encrypted chip inside
