V2022.3 MB SD C4 Software HHT “can’t Run on PC” Solution

One customer gave feedback that he had V2022.3 MB SD C4 Software HDD but cannot run HHT software on his PC.

Here Cardiagtool engineer gave

Reason:

HHT software only supports Lenovo T430 T440 laptop, and other PC needs network settings, or they may show another error.

Solution:

Step 1

In the system file, find Hyper-V manger in windows administrative tools, then click it.

Step 2

Click “Virtual Switch Manger”.

Step 3

Click “Ether”

Step 4

Select your computer network card in here

Step 5

Right-click on the network, and open network&internet settings

Step 6

After entering this interface, select “Ethernet”, then select the place marked by the arrow

Step 7

Right-click “vEtherent”, and then select the place marked by the arrow

Step 8

Double-click here

Step 9

Select the place marked by the arrow, and enter the following IP address

Done! Then we can run MB SD C4 HHT software on our PC.
