Step-by-step operation guide:

First of all, we need to remove the BCM module of the vehicle, it is under the steering wheel.


Check all the stuff we need: BCM module, 20 PIN cable, BCM copper pillar, BCM interface board, a new blank key, OBP+ICP adapter, BAV-KEY adapter, Mini ACDP host.


Install the copper pillar like this:



Align DI-D4 test points:



Lock the board with copper pillar:



Two packages you can see here:



Connect the OBP+ICP adapter and BCM interface board, then connect Mini ACDP host, power up the ACDP.



Open “Mini ACDP” app>>Porsche>>New Porsche add key/all lost>>ICP IMMO



Find out the mask ID, select options you want. So here,choose the second one.

Choose Add key (auto mode)>>PIN detection passed

Please save the PFLASH data file and the original EEPROM data file and the DFLASH data file. After that, Check the IMMO information.


Connect Mini ACDP host to the BAV-KEY adapter, put the blank key into the adapter:


Choose the Unoccupied key channel displayed as FF
