ACDP has released its all key lost solution for BMW G-Series BDC2 — ACDP BMW BDC2 Bench Test Platform.
Here we will show you how to use it.

Note:
1)ACDP won’t program AKL for BMW BDC2 Hybrid Car
2)ACDP cannot clear EME ISN
Tools:
Module 38 with license with license A503
Module 3 ISN module with license
BMW BDC2 bench test platform with license A504
*if users have tools that will read DME eeprom file, module 3 is not necessary
Guide:
1.Read DME eeprom
*if you already have eeprom file, skip this step
Select
BMW>>DME ISN>>Bench mode read/write DME ISN>>Bosch DME>>Gxx>>B48(MG1CS003 SPC5777)>>Read eeprom
Read eeprom file using ACDP Module 3.


2.Program BDC2
Select
BMW>>FEM/BDC>>IMMO/Mileage>>BDC2 ICP+OBD(F/ G Chassis)>>Add Key(All key lost)

Read car system.


Open BDC and connect it to ACDP using ACDP Module 38.

Select
Obtain keys data>>Step 1. Read coding data

Select ‘Step 2. Read keys data’.

Select ‘Step 3. Write coding data’.

3.Add Key
Back and Select
Add key (All key lost)>>Step 1.Back up coding data

Select ‘Step 2.Backup FAFP data’.

Select ‘Step 3.Write IMMO data’.
Load keys data and save new data.

Select ‘Step 4. Write coding data’.

Select ‘Step 5. Make dealer key’.
Load immo data saved in step 3.

Put new key into BAV-Key adapter.

Program new key.

4.Learn key
Connect ACDP BMW BDC Test Platform to BDC2 unit.
Put added key into coil.

Hold down Start button for 15 seconds to learn new key.

Select ‘Step 6. Write DME ISN’.
Write ISN via OBD.



Select ‘Step 7. Reset EGS EWS’.

Done! That’s how to program BMW G-Series BDC2 AKL using ACDP Tools.
