It’s compatible with Heavy Duty Truck Software License for Launch X431 PRO5, PAD V and PAD VII (Item No.SS349) and Launch X-431 SmartLink C 2.0 Heavy Duty Truck Diagnostic Module (Item No.Y-HKSH104-B).
PART ONE. Launch E-PIN Card Purchase Notes
1. Check if Your Device Qualifies
Please provide your device serial number before ordering.
Note: Devices bought from overseas sellers may not be eligible.
2. What You’re Getting
This is a 1‑year online update service—no physical shipment is needed.

PART TWO. How to Purchase & Activate
Step 1 – Order Online
1. Place your order and complete payment on our website.
2. Send us your device serial number.
3. We will set up your 1‑year update license remotely (no shipping required).
4. You will receive an email with your Renewal Card Number and Password.
Step 2 – Activate on Your Device
1. Open the Launch app on your device (make sure Wi‑Fi is on).
2 .Tap “Login” in the top right corner.
3. Go to “Update” → then tap “Renewal”.
Note: The “Renewal” button only appears after your current plan has expired.
4. Enter the 24‑digit password from your renewal email and tap “Confirm”.
5. You can check your active subscription under “Profile” → “My Order”.
Once activated, your heavy‑duty software will receive updates for another year.
