Turn on K518 PRO,
Select
Push function>>IMMO & Remote>>NISSAN>>Select from vehicle>>Asia>>Ariya>>2022->>All smart key lost
Follow steps.
Put new key close to start button.
Read key info.
Read pin code.
Put new key close to start button again.
Program successfully.
