This post demonstrates how K518 Pro key programmer programs a smart key for the 2024 Honda CR-V in an all-keys-lost situation.
Preparation:
LONSDOR K518 PRO
OBD Communication Cable
A new Honda smart key
Smart Key Generation
The process begins by preparing the K518 Pro device, the OBD communication cable, and a new 4A smart key. After connecting the OBD cable, the operator selects Smart Key Generation → Honda → CR-V → 4A, places the new smart key into the card slot, and completes key generation.

Tip: If you have problems using the key, pls enter [Upgrade key] menu to update it to the latest version.
Turn to IMMO & Remote
Next, the procedure moves to IMMO & Remote under the Honda menu. The system identifies the CR-V (after 2023) push-button model and enters the All Keys Lost function. Following the prompts, the operator performs ignition ON/OFF sequences and ensures only the new key remains inside the vehicle. A long press on the start button activates the ignition, enabling the K518 Pro to begin key programming.

Once the steps are completed, the tool confirms successful programming. The new smart key is tested for engine start and remote-control functions, both of which work normally.

Lonsdor K518 Pro proves reliable and efficient for Honda CR-V all-keys-lost operations.
