How to Clone Ford Transit Custom BCM using OBDSTAR DC706?

This article is a guidance on how to clone Ford Transit Custom BCM using OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Tool.

Guidance:

Step 1. Read old bcm data

Turn on OBDSTAR DC706,

Select

BODY/CHASSIS/OTHER MODULE>>FORD>>FORD BCM CONTINENTAL MPC5607>>P004>>BENCH

Connect ECU by wiring diagrams.

Connect ECU.

Select “Read INT EEPROM (MPC5607)”.

Select “Read INT FLASH (MPC5607)”.

Disconnect ECU.

 

Step 2. Write bcm data into new bcm

Replace BCM and connect it by the same diagrams.

Connect ECU.

Also back up BCM data.

Load old eeprom and flash file.
