In this guide, we walk through Yanhua BMW BCP key shell disassembly process exactly as shown in the video, using safe and proven methods.
The process starts by removing the silver side cover. Press the release button on the back of the key firmly, then slide the silver cover upward and pull it outward to detach it.

Next, focus on the key back cover. There are two locking clips located at Position 1 and Position 2.

Use both thumbs to push Position 1 upward until you hear a click, then use both index fingers to push Position 2 in the opposite direction to fully release the back cover.

For the front cover, release the single locking clip at the bottom first, then carefully peel the cover along the edge.

The top locking clips will disengage smoothly, allowing the front cover to be removed without damage.

Continue by removing the logo, side button, and battery compartment, paying close attention to battery polarity.

Finally, insert needle-nose pliers into the lanyard hole and pry upward to separate the lanyard buckle. Press the release button gently before prying to prevent the internal spring from flying out.

With these steps completed, the BMW BCP key shell disassembly is successfully finished.
