Fixed! GODIAG Adapter Won’t Turn on Ignition with CAS4+ on Bench

Here is a case of GODIAG for CAS4+ module on bench:

1.BMW CAS4 with only one key

Customer purchased car with only one key and ordered new one from bmw in expense of 300£ and key did not worked cuz Bmw dealership pre-programmed it on slot 3 or 4 already taken by other lost or current key.

2.GODIAG CAS4 Bench Adapter won’t turn on ignition

When I came to add key I notice my GODIAG CAS4 Bench Device won’t turn on ignition with cas on bench. So I pry casing and noticed can blocker. That’s why there was no communication on the bench device.

Can Blocker – block km records but causes communication issues when making keys as well

3.Read IMMO DATA by soldering

I had to download cas content by soldering directly to cas4+ 5m48h board + remove one capacitor and get p-flash and d-flash using VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad then make dealer key out from d-flash directly. Quick activation of dealer key and customer was back on the road with new key.

Some recommend to removed key #4 and make it blank and then sync dealer made key. Just empty position.
