To program Toyota Yaris 2021 8A AKL, device prompted “Security data calculation failed” when backing up smart box data using Lonsdor K518ISE with ADP Adapter.

Reason:

The cable connected to smart box is not ADP adapter.

ADP adapter could connect to smart boxes with 24/ 27 pins. Modules that cannot be connected to ADP adapter is not supported.

 

Solution:

1.Read smart box data via 8pin chip inside module by other chip programmers (then load data into K518ISE, generate LKE Simulator, add key)

2.Buy PIN code from a 3rd party (then add key)
