New Boot Glitch Support for Porsche Bosch MG1 ECUs

These ECUs were already supported through VFI (Voltage Fault Injection) technology. With the new FLEX protocol, technicians can also use KORHEX to access the TC299 processor without removing components from the ECU.

This approach simplifies the connection process and reduces the need for physical modifications during ECU preparation.

After completing the Boot Glitch unlock, technicians can continue ECU programming directly in BENCH mode with FLEX.

Supported ECU Models

  • Bosch MG1CP007 – TC299
  • Bosch MG1CS047 – TC299

Magicmotorsport lists the following supported Porsche applications

  • Porsche 911 Carrera 992.1 (2021 model year), 3.0L Boxer Twin-Turbo, 380 HP
  • Porsche 911 Carrera S 992.1 (2021 model year), 3.0L Boxer Twin-Turbo, 444 HP
  • Porsche 911 GT3 992.1 (2021 model year), 4.0L Boxer, 503 HP
  • Porsche 911 Turbo 992.1 (2021 model year), 3.7L Boxer Twin-Turbo, 572 HP

Always check the official FLEX vehicle list to confirm compatibility with the exact vehicle and ECU before starting work.

Supported Programming Operations

With KORHEX Boot Glitch procedure, the supported operations include:
