1. KD-X6 vs. KD-X4
- Cover all KD-X4 functions
KD-X6 Professional Version includes all the core functions of KD-X4 while adding several new capabilities for professional locksmiths.
- Standalone Operation
Unlike the previous workflow, KD-X6 can operate independently without a PC or mobile phone. This allows locksmiths to perform supported key programming and IMMO operations directly from the device.
- Built-In DoIP
DoIP is integrated into KD-X6, providing direct support for compatible vehicles without requiring a separate DoIP adapter.
- Built-In MLB and MQB48 Functions
KD-X6 integrates the KD-MP MLB and MQB48 functions into the main device. Users no longer need a separate KD-MP unit for supported MLB and MQB48 key operations.
- Mercedes-Benz FBS3 Support
KD-X6 supports Mercedes-Benz FBS3 Add Key and All Keys Lost (AKL) functions for supported vehicles. Support for FBS4 and FBS5 is currently under development.
- Cloud-C Remote Function
KD-X6 also supports the Cloud-C remote function, adding cloud-based remote capabilities to its range of key programming functions.

2. KEYDIY KD-X6 Standard Version vs. Full Version
KD-X6 key programmer is available in two configurations: Standard Version and Professional/Full Version
