This is a review of the new affordable bi-directional tablet — Launch X431 CRP919E.
1.First Impression
Package
First one of the best things I like the best is the box that it comes in.
You can keep your cords and everything in the top part of the box.
In the bottom is this very dense form that houses a scanner.
Functions
Once we plugged it in, start it up.
Just update it, here tons of reset features.
2.In-vehicle test (Honda Civic)
Bi-directional
Try it out in the actual car because the main reason I bought this was because it’s bi-directional.
This one is quite affordable.
The VIN function works just fine.
Get into the engine computer.
Check the radiator fan, so radiator is working good.
Our A/C clutch is working really well.
See what it does on gauges.
The gauge go right up, all the lights are flashing even the temperature gauge, the kilometer…
Live data
Let’s show you something different.
Here I have the passenger side, front seat weigh.
I’m pushing on the seat and the weigh is changing, so the sensor is recognizing the weigh now.
See about door locks.
Even I found one for the left turn signal.
HO2S in PGM.
So if you’re looking for a bi-directional scanner, the CRP919E should definitely be in the running.
