Hi, i got the device but when i install software and connect with device there is no communication .
And no light on device . Following is the error pics
The software had been installed well, and the device must be in work.
From the pics we can see that our friend wants to change a computer to install software.
So suggestions from our engineer are
1.dont change computer to install, if you choose one to install ,only can be used in this one.
2.If you change computer, you must make sure you can install successfully or the device will be locked.
