WITECH VCI POD For Chrysler Light Flash Problem
Hello.
Just tried to install it.
Software installed fine in windows xp, but hardware doesnt show up by USB, it only blinks the Busy and WLAN lights and doesnt show up on pc.

Nothing shows up on device manager when i plug it in.
Tried diferent usb ports on diferent computers, all with Windows XP and nothing shows up on any of them.
Tried without any car atached (power adapter suplied) and connected to several cars. Nothing.
Also tried different usb cables, just in case…

But how to solve it ?Some of our customers confused , what’s the problem ? Software or hardware ?
Maybe hardware is broken ?
Not, the problem is in the SD card inside the device.
The solution is take off the device to check if the SD card is inserted well or not.
If not,just insert correctly and then it will work well.
