How to use OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus key programmer to add a new key to Chevrolet LOVA?
Here is the step-by-step guide.
Preparation:
Car: 2012 Chevrolet LOVA
Car key: one original car key, one blank key
Device: OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus Full Version
Procedure:
1.Connect X300 DP PAD2 to the vehicle
Insert the original key to turn on the ignition switch
2.Enter main menu
Select “IMMOBILISER”-> “GM”-> “GM V31.28”
3.Initializing diagnostic data…
4.Click “IMMOBILISER”-> “Select from vehicle”-> “Chevrolet”-> “LOVA”-> “-2015”-> “Program keys”
5.It prompts “Mini keys required: 2, press Enter to continue”
6.Insert the first key (original key) and switch ignition on
7.Insert the next key (blank key) and switch ignition on
8.Switch ignition off and remove the key
9.“Whether to program more key?”
Click “ESC”
10.Follow the prompt to insert the last matching key, turn the ignition on for 3 seconds/ off for 2 seconds, cycle 3 times (do now start the engine), then pull out the ignition key and wait for more than 10 seconds to complete
11.X300 DP PAD2 Plus program new key to Chevrolet LOVA 2012 successfully
