i tested mpps v18 on sid 801a work super read and write direct by obd only checsum made with winols
if work this ecu with galletto and kess must open ecu and use boot mode
tested berlingo 2.0 hdi and suzuki vitara 2.0hdi work super

I did a lot of EDC16U1 in vag cars R/W goes well no problem only some problems with EDC16U31.
Only troubles one time with an wv caddy EDC16U1 i closed the ignition switch when i was writing
But fortunately i was able to recover in slow recovery mode with original full flash 1mb readed before.
mine v18 china reworked by myself and works very good.

Audi A3 EDC16U1 read write ori file and ecu was killing, was reflashing with ktag in boot with ori flashdump from inet.
After that, work ok. Compare ori and ori read by MPPS18, found 4 bytes different.

Tested with Siemens MS42/MS43 read in boot mode full file 512kb perfect.
Do not try to write in boot mode always destroy 29F400BB it has happened to me with two MS42.
Can not restore with the programmer no ID.
Can’t read or write read nothing happens need new 29F400BB.
Do not try to write only read no problem.
