There is one incorrectly programmed file.

 

Solution:

Manual programming.

 

1.Enter Online Programming function

2.Find Manual Programming menu

3.Enter 2214422121, 2214420721, 2214420621, and 2214421821, and program again

*If programming menus change as below,

Disconnect battery for a while, and connect it and program again.
