I have this problem on my ktm bench.
“Unable to use selected interface (J2534: Scanmatik – SM2 USB). Check if it’s connected and not in use by other applications.”
I use it on many ecus and now not work, anyone have solution?
Answer:
Probably the KTM BENCH ECU programmer is damaged. It needs to be sent back to your dealer to repair.
In general, though KTM Bench boot is inexpensive, the board quality is high as well.
Please don’t connect to the Internet or update it, otherwise the device will be locked.
