How to solve VVDI Key Tool NAN ERROR

I want update but software show error. Key Tool not work and show NAND ERROR. Help please

Do clearing and then update to version 2.2.2.

Note that VVDI Keytool version 2.3 is for China market.

There is Chinese available in version 2.3

For US or EU version. You have to go to version 2.3
