Thinkdriver (also called Thinkcar 2) is a portable and cost-effective OBD2 Bluetooth diagnostic tool. It supports powerful diagnostic and reset functions for car owners (like Thinkdiag). Sometimes, it may not read the VIN number automatically for your car, and always jumps out a string of numbers and letters is shown as the following picture. Don’t worry about this problem, it’s easy to solve.
The solution:
It will prompt you that “Read VIN info failed, please enter VIN manually.”
Just click on “ENTER VIN” button and then input the corresponding VIN manually
