This article is going to guide you how to install, activate and start MPM ECU TCU Chip-tuning Tool.
Firstly, get the MPM software download link from Cardiagtool:

MPM software “VCM Suite” consists of 2 parts: VCM Editor and VCM Scanner
Software Version:
VCM Suite V4.10.4
Operating System:
WIN7, WIN10(recommended)
VCM Editor (All GM cars OBD read and write solutions, direct edit files)
VCM Scanner (Log engine and gearbox data for tuner)
Installation
Unzip the software package, you will get 5 parts:
Drivers, MPM, VCM Suite, VCM.dll, and Instructions.
Click “VCM Suite (1)” to start installation.
Follow instruction.
After installation, please copy “MPM” to “VCM.dll” and paste them into “VCM Suite” folder.
Then Send “MPM” to desktop shortcut.
Activation
Back to “VCM Suite” folder, run “MPM”.
It will give you a “Hardware ID”, users need to send this ID to their sellers, and they will get another registration code.
Input the registration code to activate MPM.
Start
1)For users without PCMtuner,
When all get done, please run desktop shortcut “MPM” to read data instead of running “VCM Editor” in installation folder
2)For users with PCMtuner,
Run PCMtuner program, select “MPM Plug” to read&write data and edit files; select “Scanners” to log data
Note:
MPM supports online/offline operation. To ensure stable Read&Write data, offline mode is recommended
