This problem occurred due to the signal disturbance from the use of 868 MHZ frequency on this tool. That is because this frequency is not supported in America for this tool. Customers can take a look at the following instruction to remove this “868mhz frequency” out from this tool.
Operation Steps:
Take out the battery from this tool first
Remove the “Xhorse trademark”, turn the screws from four corners of the tool, take out the back hard cover like this:
Then do this, watch very carefully:
Turn this component from the former two stitches to the latter ones:
Install the back cover and battery back and make the screws attached into it.
Have a test to see if it works normally.
It succeeds! Well done!
