In this guide, two keys are successfully programmed on 2024 AION V using KEYDIY KD-X6 and KEYDIY ZB71-4 smart key (PIN-exempt key matching function).
The key programming data is generated before starting the IMMO procedure.
1. Select the AION V Smart Key Function
From KD-X6 home screen, enter [Remote Function] → [Vehicle Remote]
Find the corresponding GAC AION ID4A and select the previously generated program.
Then return to the home page and enter [IMMO Programming] → [Trumpchi] → [AION V] → [Smart Key System], Then start the execution.
2. Start PIN-Exempt Key Matching
Select [Key Matching PIN-Exempt]
Read the on-screen instructions carefully and confirm.
Because the vehicle is in an all keys lost condition, the ignition switch cannot be turned on. Turn on the vehicle’s hazard lights as instructed and continue.
KD-X6 key programmer then checks the vehicle VIN. Confirm the VIN to proceed.
3. Program the First Key
Before continuing, take the KD universal key out of the vehicle.
Hold the OEM key in your hand and proceed with the programming operation.
The KD-X6 completes the programming successfully.
The current number of programmed keys is displayed as keys: 1
4. Program the KD Universal Key
Next, bring KEYDIY ZB71-4 back into the vehicle and continue the matching procedure.
Confirm the prompts on the KD-X6.
The programming indicator flashes during the operation.
Once completed, the device shows
Programming succeeded — Current number of keys: 2
Two smart keys have now been programmed.
Select No when asked to continue adding another key, and the key matching procedure is completed.
