This is a review of Autel IM608 + XP400Pro programming 2014 Audi A5 when all keys lost. In the meantime, this is a guide of personal diagrams and procedures.

I have never been able to complete this via OBD. You always have to pull BCM2. With that said except for the diagram on the tablet not being a great photo it is accurate.
Guide:
Step 1. Make connections according to diagrams
You need a diode on both red VVP2 and yellow reset. 10a – 50 or 100v work fine. Line on diode is toward the BCM side. Data will not read without diode’s!
Step 2. Read immo data via Programmer
This takes around a minute or so so be patient. You should hear a click as soon as it starts reading, click = good.
Step 3. Once you get the reading it will show you the VIN number and CS information.
Step 4. Back out one screen to the audi menu. this should be the screen that you originally selected to read immo data via Programmer
Step 5. Unplug everything and reinstall PCM in vehicle.
Step 6. Plug Autel IM608 into OBD with programmer attached.
Step 7. Insert blank key into programmer. Select make dealer key. (I always make two just in case one doesn’t work for whatever reason)
Step 8. Return to Audi menu
Step 9. Insert key in dash select key learning. At this point I always select program 1 key. There may be a slight 10 second or so delay. The car will wake up then program the key. You are done if you’re only providing one key.
Step 10. Go back to key Learning again and do two keys if you want two.
I have tried other ways to complete this job. This process has been the most successful for me. For example, I have run into issues we are programming failed if I tried programming 2 Keys first.
