In this article, we’ll show you how to program the ECM after replacing. The ECM is from a Honda Civic 200, and we’ll use Autel IM608 to do the job.
The car’s ECM has been replaced, and the new one is a renewed one.
Before programming, the immobilizer light is on as you can see.
On IM608 MaxiIM Application, we try “Diagnostics” side, and you can do via “IMMO” side as well.
Path:
Diagnostics>>Asia>>Honda>>System selection>>USA>>Diagnosis>>Control unit>>IMMOBI
Going to immobilize the system.
Third-generation immo.
Immobilizer Setup>>Special function>>Replace ECM/PCM
ECM Registration explanation.
Turn off the ignition.
Check all keys.
