Lonsdor K518 PRO Key Programmer has been tested and confirmed to successfully perform both smart key adding and all-keys-lost programming on 2018 Geely.
Case 1: 2018 Geely Emgrand GS – All Keys Lost (Without PIN Code)
Equipment Required
- Lonsdor K518 Prodevice
- Two smart keys
- OBD cable
Step 1: Generate Smart Keys
Navigate to: Generate Smart Key → Geely → Emgrand GS → 2016–2020 ID46
Place the two keys into the card slot one by one to complete generation.
Both keys are generated successfully
Step 2: Program Key
Navigate to: Immo & Remote → GEELY/ENGLON/MAPLE → Emgrand → GS → Hai La PEPS (2015– /32-bit ESK) → Program Key
Select “Delete existed key to add two new keys”
Choose the corresponding 32-bit ESK codes
Place both keys simultaneously in the first cup holder
Learning is successful
Read the number of programmed keys to confirm success
Step 3: Test Functions
Engine Start: Place one key inside the vehicle and the other outside. Press brake + start button.
- First key: starts normally
- Second key: starts normally
Remote Control:
- First key: lock/unlock
- Second key: lock/unlock
Result: Both keys function correctly. All keys lost procedure completed successfully.
Case 2: 2018 Geely New Vision – Add Smart Key
Equipment Required
- K518 Pro Key Programmer
- OBD cable
- One original car key
- One new Lonsdor smart key
Step 1: Generate Smart Key
Navigate to: Generate Smart Key → Geely → Vision → 2016–2020 (gold battery clip)
Place the new key in the sensing area and click Generation – process completed.
Step 2: Program Key
Navigate to: Immo & Remote → Geely → Geely → New Vision → Waste Path → Program Key
Select the corresponding 32-bit ESK code
Place the first key (original) and second key (new) in the sensing area separately
Program both keys successfully
Step 3: Test Functions
Engine Start:
- New key: brake + start button →starts normally
- Original key: brake + start button →starts normally
Remote Control:
- Original key: lock/unlock
- New key: lock/unlock
Result: Programming successful. Both keys operate as expected.
FYI…
As of April 15, 2026, IMMO functions for Geely, Baojun, and Roewe models have been updated for Lonsdor K518 Pro and other K518 series key programmers. All‑keys‑lost programming is now supported for Geely and Baojun vehicles without requiring a PIN code. For Roewe models, however, all‑keys‑lost programming requires a third‑party code.
