This guide demonstrates how to perform an all keys lost smart key programming procedure on a 2024 Li Auto L6 using Lonsdor K518 PRO.
During this process, there is no need to remove the vehicle seat or disconnect the battery. By connecting Li Auto & NIO 2-in-1 Cable directly at the BCM module, technicians can complete smart key programming efficiently.

1). Access the BCM Module and Connect K518 PRO
First, locate the BCM module and establish communication between the vehicle and the Lonsdor K518 PRO.
1. Remove the lower trim panel on the driver’s side and release the fixing clips.
2. Find the BCM module, disconnect the blue connector, and connect the LiAuto 2-in-1 Cable.
3. Reconnect the BCM connector, connect the OBD cable to the vehicle, and then connect the K518 PRO through the OBD port.
2). Perform Li Auto L6 All Keys Lost Programming
On the Lonsdor K518 PRO, enter [Immo & Remote] → [LI AUTO] → [L6] → [2024-2026] → [Smart Key]
Follow the steps below:
- Select Read Key Count and confirm that the current number of registered keys is 0.
- Select Program Smart Key and press OK to continue.
- The system will automatically erase all previously registered keys.
After the key deletion process is completed: - Place the new smart key in the vehicle’s induction area.
- Continue the programming process until the key count changes to 1.
- Press OK if you want to program another key, or select Cancel to complete the procedure.
K518 PRO supports programming up to two smart keys for this operation.
3). Verify the New Smart Key
After programming is completed:
Start the vehicle with the newly programmed smart key.
Check key functions including vehicle startup and smart key operation.
If the vehicle starts normally and all key functions work correctly, the 2024 Li Auto L6 all keys lost programming procedure is complete.
