Steps to use remote diagnosis for VXDIAG VCX SE:
1.Install WeChat App on your smartphone and register a WeChat account so that you can log in
2.After log in, please select “add contacts” and then search “傲世卡尔科技”. If you cannot type these words, please paste this into your WeChat directly, and then click “Search”.
3.Subscribe the account, and enter it
4.The main page will appear, click “远程诊断” (means remote diagnosis) as shown in the picture below.
5.Then you will enter “DoNet” page
6.You need to combine your VXDIAG VCX SE device first.
7.If this is your first time to use, please input your device serial number and click “Save”
8.After you enter the first page, please setup your network connection firstly by the following instruction.
For example: If you use your 4G hot spot, please turn on your mobile phone personal hotspot,
Enter the name and password such as “DiagOnNet”.
9 .Press the Fn button or reset button on the device
Enter the internet matching model.
Wait about 30 seconds…
If you hear the device beep once, then internet matching finished.
10.After the device connected to the network, it will show like the picture below
11.Open the VX MANAGER, and enter “Remote diagnosis” menu
Input the device serial number and then refresh the device, after it show device information, then click connect.
After connected, it will remind you to restart VX manager
After restart, it will have device information in the VX manager, which means your device has connected to the laptop, and then you can start to diagnose your car.
