V2022.9 MB SD Software WIS No ASRA/ MSS Menu Solution

Question:

V2022.9 MB SD Software, activated Benz WIS but no ASRA/ MSS menu on the left.

Here Cardiagtool shares the

Reason:

The file “lic-key2.dat” under “C:\ProgramData\LicDir” is deleted.

 

Solution:

Step 1.

Download the file “lic-key2.dat” with the activation code of WIS again. (Click to download lic-key2.dat)

 

Step 2.

Copy and paste it in “C:\ProgramData\LicDir”

 

Step 3.

Activate Xentry again
