How VVDI MB Renew Mercedes Gearbox and Vediamo Code VGS?

In this article, we’ll show you the process of Mercedes gearbox renew and coding.

 

Tools:

Xhorse VVDI MB

MB SD C4 Plus

 

Procedure:

Part 1. Erase gearbox

Connect VVDI MB to Mercedes gearbox.

Turn on VVDI MB software, and switch to “Renew ECU/Gearbox” page.

Select “Gearbox” on Function.

Read the info and Get Erase Pass.

Once we get erase password, we could Renew/Erase the gearbox.

 

Part 2. VGS3 Coding

Connect MB SD C4 to Mercedes gearbox.

Run “Vediamo Start Center”, and go to “V Ecoute”.

Load CBF file, select “VGSNAG2”, and establish connection.

Switch to Code page, and check code identification, esp. the part number.

Switch to Flash page, add the cff file by the part number on “Flashdata administrator”.

Then click on “Flash”.

When it’s done, we’ll lose contact.

So, connect again and switch to Coding page.

Select “VCD_SCN_Variantencodierung_VGS_73” and “Y1UZ” and click on “Continue”.

Re-connect the ECU and select

VGSNAG2>>Function>>FN_ECU_Reset

Done! That’s how we erase the gearbox by VVDI MB Tool and code it by Vediamo.
