Yes.
Ultra/ MS919/ MS909 users could update ultra software and buy upgrade kit (EV DiagBox, Adapter for EVs) for access to cables and adapters
Part 3.Ultra EV Using Tips
1)Connection
VCMI, Ultra EV, EV Diag Box, and EV Cables (Battery Pack on off-vehicle tests) are required
2)Power and Network
EV Diag Box has no built-in power supply, so remember to power it externally
Make sure Ultra EV is connected to network
