How to Solve Autel AP200 Series Phone App Crash?

Question:

Autel AP200 Scanner app keeps crashing and ask to submit a report to fix the bug (done).

In the second two images you can see debugging details. Shall I re-install the app?

Here Cardiagtool tech support answers:

1)Do not uninstall previous ap200 app, download new app via QR code, and cover old app version

2)Run app, enter vehicle software menu, and download package that begins with “Diag-“

3)After the package is downloaded, download new “Diag-” package via QR code, and cover old package that we downloaded via vehicle software menu

Done! This method also applies in other AP200 Scanners.
