How to Solve Kess3 Error while checking file compliance (-10)?

Quick Question:

Anyone run into this, happened few weeks ago, used transdata that day to get jobs done. Now today same thing, I tried my 2 Kess3 Masters, 2 different computers.

Happens after it asks for original compare.

Nothing wrong with file, flashed these hundreds of times.

Here is the Answer:

Bad Internet.

Restart program and Kess3 will work fine.

Notice the Internet icon on the top right that will turns red when Internet connection is not stable.
