This article is going to show you the process of Porsche 991 2012 AKL Programming by VVDI2 + VVDI PROG.
Step 1. Open car door
Use Lishi HU66 Tool to open the door and get key bitting.
Step 2. Remove BCM
Remove BCM module on the upper left of the pedal.
Step 3. Read D-Flash
Connect PCB to VVDI PROG Programmer by diagrams.
(*Soldering needs to remove two components and to cut a wire)
Select “4-IMMOBILIZER” “Porsche” “BCM-5M48H-BACKUP”.
Read and save D-Flash data.
Step 4. Generate Dealer Key
On VVDI2 Software,
Enter Porsche menu.
Load D-Flash file.
Put the new key into the coil of VVDI2 Key Programmer.
Select key position and click on “Prepare Dealer Key”.
Save the new data file by instructions.
Then we have two ways:
1)Learn the new key via OBD
2)Flash the new file back to BCM
Step 5. Learn new keys via OBD
Restore BCM PCB and install it back to the car.
Connect Xhorse VVDI2 to the car.
Select
Key Learn>>New Porsche Key>>Learn
Press the emergency light and hold down the pedal several times.
Read immobilizer status.
Load the original D-Flash data file.
Input key number to learn.
Step 6. Cut the blade
Turn on Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus, select
Cut by Bitting>>HU66>>Porsche
Manually input the bitting we just got.
Finish the cutting.
Done! That’s how the AKL programming for Porsche 911 2012 by VVDI2 and VVDI PROG.
